How To Slim Down


I see a lot of people especially those in office put on weight easily because they sit too long in their seats during office hours and never have the chance to move around except when they have to which is seldom. Therefore its of utmost importance that we should take short breaks during office hours like after few hours of sitting, we should just go to the pantry or toilet and do some breathing exercise which will make us fresher and more alert. We could even walk some flight of stairs to go to the few floor downstairs or upstairs or we can just do the spot jogging maybe a few minutes. Also I feel that we should not sit immediately after our lunch but do some walking. Always not to overeat during our meals, keep it at three quarters full in our stomach.
